Rage producer thinks id ready for Quake and Wolfenstein.
id Software Entwickler denkt über Sequels zu Quake und Wolfenstein nach.

I recently spoke with Jason Kim, senior producer at id Software, currently working on Rage. In relating some of the higher level thinking behind the decision to do a new IP as the big game out of the gate for id tech 5, Kim talked about how the studio has evolved.
Our studio has grown a lot, not just in size but also in design and art process, and even a technology standpoint. John has admitted he can't do everything on his own. There are a lot of smart guys that are required to be able to make a game these days. He can't just lock himself up in a room, come out with an engine, and say okay, make a game with this.
With that change in philosophy and a larger studio, projects that previously went to outside studios could return to id....

RtCW Movie 2 by Sipperi - Gathered up some "cool" demos and as no-one wanted to make this piece of art I had to do the ultimate sacrifice and do it myself. But due to lack of time and care its just pretty much firstpersonview-demo+mp3 with awesome music of course. So pretty much waste of awesome demos.
Anyway, dont excpect anything spectacular, just some random lotto raging and spamming. And yea yea the size is a bit fucked up, care HD's are cheap nowadays! 8)
Oh and I noticed that the brightness is a lot different when watching with different players so dunno hows it gonna look on yours. Looks as it should look with Media player classic here.

RtCW Movie 2 von Sipperi - Es haben sich viele coole Demos angesammelt und niemand wollte sich diesem "Kunstwerk" annehmen und so hat Sipperi das Opfer vollbracht und es selbst gemacht. Aber aus Mangel an Zeit ist es ein einfach hergerichtetes Firstpersonview Demo+mp3 Movie mit "eindrucksvoller" Musik.
Erwarte dennoch nicht irgendetwas Spektakuläres, es ist eher ein zufälliges Wüten und Spammen. Und, ja, ja, die Größe ist ein bißchen versaut aber große HDs sind ja heutzutage billig! 8)
Media player classic ist empfohlen.
