RtCW Cup 4 angekündigt

Nach über 9 Monaten nach dem letzten RtCW Cup ist es wieder soweit und der RtCW-Cup kehrt mit der vierten Auflage zurück! Schon zur Sommerzeit 2009 zeigte die dritte Auflage, das die Leute immer noch RtCW spielen wollen. Wir hoffen, das dass auch in Cup 4 so bleibt!

Die Sign-Ups für das 3on3 ist eröffnet. Zurzeit können wir nur 16 Teams aufnehmen. Was das Format angeht wissen wir noch nicht bescheit ob es ein One-Day Cup, ein double-elim oder ein group-stage dann Elimination Playoff's Cup wird, der über eine Woche geht.

Mehr Details über die 6vs6 Version folgen bald. Sicher ist aber bereits das es erst eine Gruppenphase geben wird und dann Elimination Playoff's, bis zum großen Finale das am 10. Juni oder früher sein wird.

Wir wünschen jetzt schon allen teilnehmenden Teams viel Erfolg, und möge das beste Team gewinnen.

PS: Natürlich werden wir das Geschehen weiterhin verfolgen und euch diesbezüglich auf dem Laufenden halten.

Sorry, we had almost forgotten! The first game Splash Damage ever officially contributed to: Return to Castle Wolfenstein, is 11 years old. RtCW, published by Activision, was released to the North American market on November 19th, 2001.

Sorry, wir hättens fast vergessen! Das erste Spiel, wo SplashDamage jemals offiziell mit beitrug: Return to Castle Wolfenstein ist 11 Jahre alt. RtCW, herausgegeben von Activision, wurde im nordamerikanischen Markt am 19. November 2001 freigegeben.

RtCW SP Addon - The Victors Trailer

New trailer of RtCW Singleplayer Addon "The Victors" released, mod again in developing - The Russian team developed this mod for RTCW MP for more than 10 years! 85% of the development are completed. There is now a new trailer (of 3) and the team continues to develop to this mod. The RtCW addon is probably the biggest of its kind for RtCW. Release is planned for this year.

Neuer Filmtrailer vom RtCW Singleplayer-Addon "The Victors" veröffentlicht, die Mod ist weiter in der Entwicklung - Das russische Team entwickelt diese RtCW SP-Mod schon seit mehr als 10 Jahren! 85% der Entwicklung sind abgeschlossen. Es gibt jetzt einen neues Video und das Team entwickelt diesem Mod weiter. Das RtCW Addon wird wohl das Größte seiner Art für RtCW. Release ist für dieses Jahr geplant.

RtCW Coop 0.9.4

It took us a while, but we managed to get rtcwcoop 0.9.4 ready for release !
This release has one interesting new feature and one interesting bugfix. All the other stuff is minor.
So I'll start with the interesting bugfix. Sage went through all the map scripts and modified all the parts
that could possibly break the maps during coop play. Some maps got even modified to make them more fun during a coop session.

Mapfixes:
    * Escape2 is reworked and has now a dynamitable door. The dynamite needs to be picked up somewhere in the map (10 possible locations)
    * Tram has now a second tramcar, so late joiners or people who spawn incorrectly can reach the bottom a bit easier. The enemies are also a bit modified.
    * The elevators in Rocket are now faster and not so annoying anymore.
    * Church and Castle had sound bugs.
    * The truck in Forest shouldnt break anymore and do what it is supposed to do: driving to the finish
    * End map is made coop friendly, AI's don't fight eachother anymore and there's more ammo/health available
    * Crypt1 was sometimes unfinishable, this is fixed
    * Dam has also better (and faster) elevators, also the AI's are working better now.

New feature: play as axis in the speedrun gametype
If you choose the speedrun gametype, you have now the possibility to play in the axis team. During warmup (yes I added warmup) you can select to join the axis team in the ingame menu, or use the console command (/team red or /team blue to go back to allies). An axis player always spawns at the location of a bot and this bot is killed (offered). The axis team allows place for 1 or 2 human players, depending on the total number of players on the server. When 8 people are playing a maximum of 2 axis players is possible, in all other situations only one.

Es dauerte eine Weile, aber wir haben es geschafft, RtCWcoop in Version 0.9.4 steht bereit!
Diese Version verfügt über interessante neue Features und einige Bugfixes.

Industrial Espionage Final - SP map for RtCW

New SP map for RTCW - Industrial Espionage Final made by Wolfman - The year is 1943. Italy has just surrendered, but the rest of the world remains at war. The Office of Secret Actions orders that Agent B.J. Blazkowicz be sent on a spy mission to a German industrial facility.
Until recently, this facility was unknown to Allied forces, therefore you are being sent in to assess its purpose and threat level.

New SP map for RTCW - Industrial Espionage Final erstellt von Wolfman - Es ist das Jahr 1943. Italien hat kapituliert, aber der Rest der Welt bleibt im Krieg. Das Office of Secret Actions beauftragt, dass Agent BJ Blazkowicz in einer Spionagemission, auf eine deutsche Industrieanlage geschickt wird.
Bis vor kurzem war diese Anlage den alliierten Streitkräften unbekannt, deshalb wirst Du dort hin ausgesandt, um Zweck und Bedrohung der Lage zu bewerten.
