Wolfenstein
IGN have undertaken the mammoth task of compiling the Top 100 First Person Shooters of all time from all of the shooters released in the past 20 or so years. It’s great to see Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory make the list a full decade after its release, deploying in the #84 spot.

Back in the dark age of the FPS, multiplayer was nothing but a bunch of people running in every direction at once with their triggers held down like savages. Return to Castle Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory wasn't the first game to feature objective-focused, class-based competitive play, but its free, open-sourced nature exposed a massive amount of new players to the concept, opening the door for what eventually grow into a much larger trend in multiplayer design.

As a reboot of the franchise that started the genre, Return to Castle Wolfenstein had a lot to live up to. And though it didn't constitute the wheel re-inventing some had hoped it would be, it was still an excellent take on the space between fighting soldiers and fighting hellspawn. In many ways it was just a natural extension of Wolfenstein 3D's controversial final boss, taking historical myths about the Nazis dabbling in the occult and swinging for the fences with them. But it would be the multiplayer that would be remembered most fondly, keeping scads of frag-heads tethered to their gaming rigs until the wee hours for months and years to come.

The great-granddaddy of first-person shooters, Wolfenstein 3D launched the genre we take for granted today. It was inspired by Castle Wolfenstein and its sequel, a pair of relatively crude 2D stealth shooters that pit you against Nazi guards. The metamorphosis into 3D (well, pseudo 3D) was like sorcery in 1992. Gone were the stealth elements; the golden age of run-and-gun shooters erupted with the roar of a chaingun as you blasted through three glorious episodes filled with Nazis and even Adolf Hitler himself as a boss. Id's breakout achievement directly (and indirectly) gave birth to Doom, Rise of the Triad, and every other shooter that followed.

Infected Mod (A13)
Micha! released a new version on his ET mod "Infected" - Infected Mod is a survival gameplay mod. It changes Allies to Humans/Swat and Axis to Infected/Zombies.
Micha! veröffentlicht eine neue Version von seinem ET-Mod "Infected" - Infected Mod ist ein Überlebens Gameplaymod, diese Mod verwandelt die Alliierten in Menschen und macht Achsenmächte zu Zombies.
-> Get ammo on kills
* Infected: Kill all humans to win the round (starts with 1 player)
-> Kill a human to infect him
Some features:
- Random Map vote
- "Infect a random player" vote
- Removes Mg42 and objectives out of maps
- Heartbeat sound on lower healthpoints
- World sounds for better atmosphere
- Player punishment for "spec -> human team" to avoid dead (empty weapons on respawn).
- Get ammo for kills (infected players get another throwing knife, humans get bullets)
- Thirdperson mode ( /tp 1 or /tp 2)

Allies must gain access to the Villa and dynamite the Gun.

HD'R Clan Tournament
From HD’R clan we present the “Christmas tournament 2011”. The tournament will be in our new server: 91.151.98.72:28160, Start day : 15/01/2012.
Teams will be formed by 5 players and 2 reseves at most, so 7 players in total.
Tournament:
1. The mod used will be nq, with pb activated in the private server + TS with channels with password determined before the game.
2. Maps to play are chosen between following ones in this way:
Will be played 3 maps and both teams will play in both sides, 6 games in total. Every teams will chose their “favorite map”, and the third will be a random one from the server between this:
Special delivery, Bremen, Braundorf, Warbell, ET Beach Invasion Final 1.1, Gold Rush, Siwa oasis, Adlernest, Caen, Frostbite Final, Supply Depot
Prices: 1º Classified, 2º Classified, 3º Classified

[UJE] The Beast b5

Axis objective map - The war is almost lost for axis ,this will be one of the last tries to win the war. The axis will try to get access to the main base of the allied forces and try to free the zombies that helped the axis in the war against the allies.
Axis got the help of the Beast this time to get access to the base. If they make it to escort the beast to the gate ,then the beast will destroy it. Axis have to blow up two generators to free the zombies. Allies have to stop the beast en defend the generators.
Changed stuff:
* Trigger for the beast in front of the gate that prevents the door bug
* Axis last spawn changed for gameplay
* The beast get's cought in a prison
* zombies models and sound are gone when objective is done
* and some minor things

- Fixes game crashes (for any of the reasons above)

A simple utility I created over a year ago to handle several tasks for noob players on my servers, particularly players using old 2.55 or having disconnect errors. About half our support tickets were addressed using this one tool.
I am no longer developing it, or supporting it, but figured I would share it with the public in case anyone has a use for it.
Use at own risk, and no this is not going to fix every disconnect issue.

Lazio & Griim - Can´t Stop is made by Spankie which fragscenes of Lazio and Griim. The Movie convinced with nice frags in high X-real film quality and an excellent editing. A real eye-catcher! Spankie: It's really hard to write something from the top of my head. Well, first of all, I'd really like to thank ag0n, samAel and drj3w for feedback and help with some things that I just couldn't figure out myself.
I wanted to go a little bit further with this one - bring some of the CoD/CSS editing atmosphere here. Did I succeed? I'll let you decide yourself.
